Chef Thierry Frebout takes pleasure in welcoming you to our gastronomic restaurant with its magnificent terrace which has, over the years, become the top place to taste truffles, asparagus and other seasonal products.
Thierry Frebout has held the keys to the kitchens of the Chateau de Rochegude for more fifteen years and comes from the ranks of the greatest (Thierry Marx, the Chateau de Lignan, among others).
Part of his art is to devote time to welcoming his guests and accompanying truffle-lovers to the market at Richerences on Saturday mornings during the season (from December to March).
